This elegant boutique bed & breakfast in Uggeshall, Suffolk, just 10 minutes from Southwold and 15 minutes from Minsmere, offers the highest standards of comfort and award-winning gourmet breakfasts ensuring your stay on the Suffolk Coast is really special.
Situated in the tranquil Suffolk hamlet of Uggeshall, this idyllic countryside setting provides a peaceful and relaxing base from which to explore the beautiful Suffolk Coastal beaches of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh to the sweeping sandy cliffs, heathland and forest of nearby Dunwich. The RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and Snape Maltings are nearby and Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Norwich are short drives away. There are numerous stunning walks for those who prefer to explore on foot and cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the uncongested roads and leafy lanes that abound this part of Suffolk.
The two south-facing double bedrooms have a stylish contemporary look-and-feel created by the use of hand crafted American oak furniture. They are elegantly furnished with top of the range king size bed, flat screen TV with Freeview, sumptuous linens, en-suite facilities Wi-fi and. Guests really love the silky soft water provided by the in-house water softener.
Gourmet breakfasts are freshly prepared using the finest ingredients from local farmers, growers and dairies and served in the stylish dining room which overlooks the garden and picturesque woodland opposite. When the weather allows, breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio.
There is ample space for guest parking on the driveway and secure overnight storage for bikes is readily available.
